By creating an account or using World Cup 2026 Predictor (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use the Service.
We provide a paid prediction game for the FIFA World Cup 2026 tournament. Users pay a one-time entry fee to submit predictions, join private leagues, and compete on leaderboards.
This is a skill-based game, not gambling. No cash prizes or real-money rewards are paid to users. Standings and bragging rights are the reward.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account or let others use it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You agree to provide accurate information during signup and to keep it current.
The entry fee is a one-time charge. Pricing is shown to you at checkout based on your region and is processed in USD by Stripe.
Refund policy: Refunds are available within 14 days of payment, provided you have not yet locked in your final tournament predictions. After predictions are locked, payments are non-refundable. Email hello@predictwc.org to request a refund.
Optional addons (extra leagues, double award picks) follow the same refund window.
You agree NOT to:
Violations may result in account termination without refund.
You may create private leagues and invite others via the 6-character invite code. League creators may delete their own leagues at any time. We reserve the right to remove leagues that violate these terms (e.g. offensive names, fraud).
The free tier permits up to 5 leagues per user. Additional leagues require the "Extra Leagues" addon ($3 one-time).
Scoring rules are described on the website. We may make minor adjustments to scoring formulas before the tournament begins, with reasonable notice. Once the tournament starts, scoring rules are locked.
The Champion futures pick is permanently locked once submitted and cannot be changed.
We use official FIFA results to determine outcomes. In rare cases of postponed or contested matches, we will apply judgment in good faith. Our scoring decisions are final.
The Service, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by us and protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission.
Team names, country flags, and tournament references are used under fair use for editorial and informational purposes. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by FIFA.
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of results, or specific outcomes.
This is a prediction game played for fun and skill. We make no representations about the actual results of tournament matches.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
You may delete your account at any time via your account settings or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Upon termination, your access to the Service ends. Anonymized prediction data may be retained for historical and analytics purposes.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our operating entity is registered. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration unless prohibited by your local law.
