Refund Policy

You may request a refund of your entry fee within 14 days of payment, provided you have not yet locked in your final tournament predictions.

Once predictions are locked, payments are non-refundable, as our entry fee gives you immediate access to the prediction game and league participation.

Email hello@predictwc.org with:

• The email address on your account
• Date of payment
• Reason for refund (optional)

We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method via Razorpay.

Optional addons (extra leagues +$3, double award picks +$10) follow the same 14-day window AND must be requested before predictions are locked.

• Predictions have been locked in
• More than 14 days have passed since payment
• Tournament has started and matches have been played
• Account has been terminated for terms of service violation

If your refund request is denied and you wish to dispute, contact us at hello@predictwc.org. We follow Razorpay's dispute resolution process for any payment-related disputes.
